Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Seekmory Chrome extension, the website at seekmory.lol, Seekmory Pro checkout, activation-key issuance, and purchase recovery. By using the service or purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If mandatory consumer law in your location gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply.
What Seekmory provides
Seekmory is a local-first Chrome extension that helps you archive and search locally available browsing-history information. Search queries, browsing records, summaries, embeddings, and indexes are processed on your device and are not uploaded to the Seekmory website.
You are responsible for your browser profile, device access, local backups, and deciding which information to archive, export, import, or delete.
Seekmory Pro purchase
Seekmory Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price and currency shown at checkout are verified against Seekmory's server-side price catalog. Creem acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing and applicable transaction taxes.
An issued key has a limited first-activation window. The deadline shown with the key is the deadline to activate, not an expiry date for Pro. Once successfully activated in a Chrome profile, Pro remains enabled in that profile permanently.
For a reinstall, a new Chrome profile, or another device, purchase recovery requires both the matching purchase email and Creem Checkout ID. Recovery creates a fresh activation window and does not revoke a profile that was already activated.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Pro features. The activation key may not be sold, published, shared publicly, or used to circumvent technical limits.
14-day refund policy
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase.
Email j.ohnie@outlook.com from the purchase email address and include the Creem Checkout ID from your receipt. Approved refunds are processed through Creem and returned to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on Creem, your bank, and the payment method.
Duplicate charges, a product that does not work as described, and any remedy required by applicable law remain eligible for review even after 14 days. A refund ends your license to use Seekmory Pro. Because activation is verified offline, requesting a refund does not require Seekmory to inspect your browsing data or local Chrome profile.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or licensing service, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent payment or recovery requests, reverse engineer activation keys to bypass licensing, distribute malicious modifications as Seekmory, or use the service unlawfully.
These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law expressly permits and does not allow to be restricted.
Updates and availability
Seekmory may receive fixes, compatibility changes, and feature updates. Website, checkout, recovery, or support availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events outside reasonable control. A permanent Pro activation in a Chrome profile does not depend on continuous online verification.
Warranties and responsibility
Seekmory is provided with reasonable care, but no software or search index is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to recover every page. You should not treat Seekmory as the only copy of information you need.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Johnie is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Seekmory. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or Seekmory.
This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in another forum where the law applicable to you requires that option. Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to email support so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce completed purchase rights retroactively where prohibited by law.
Johnie operates the Seekmory service, while Creem acts as merchant of record for Pro purchases. Questions, refund requests, and legal notices about Seekmory may be sent to j.ohnie@outlook.com.
