Privacy
Policy

Your browsing archive belongs on your device. Seekmory does not upload your history, searches, summaries, embeddings, or indexes.

01

Local extension data

Seekmory processes the information needed to search your Chrome history on your device. This may include URLs, page titles, visit times and counts, short summaries, source-device information already available locally, your search queries, embeddings, and search indexes.

This browsing information is not sent to Seekmory's website, checkout service, seller, or a remote AI service.

The extension does not add telemetry, advertising trackers, session replay, behavioral analytics, or remote inference. Normal use and activation-key verification work offline.

02

Website visits

The public website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website visits and interactions. Google may receive website page URLs and titles, referrer information, browser and device information, and interaction events, and may use cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. GA4 is not loaded on the license success or purchase recovery pages. The website does not ask for or receive your Chrome browsing history or Seekmory search queries. The extension does not include GA4.

Like any web service, the hosting and network infrastructure may process basic technical request information, such as an IP address, request path, time, browser type, and security signals, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Seekmory does not use this information to build advertising or browsing profiles.

03

Purchases and recovery

When you purchase Seekmory Pro or recover a purchase, the service processes only the information needed to complete and support that transaction:

  • Creem Checkout and paid-order identifiers;
  • your purchase email;
  • currency, amount, and payment status; and
  • issued activation keys and their issuance information.

Payment card details are entered into Creem Checkout and are handled by Creem, not stored in Seekmory's license database. Recovery requires the Creem Checkout ID and the matching normalized purchase email, followed by a fresh payment-status check with Creem.

04

When information is shared

Seekmory does not sell personal information. Purchase information is disclosed only as needed to operate checkout and licensing, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or protect legal rights.

Google Analytics

Website analytics information is sent to Google for processing. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its practices. Seekmory does not send purchase emails, checkout identifiers, activation keys, or extension data to GA4.

Creem

Creem acts as merchant of record and processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy terms. Creem may process information in countries other than your own. Seekmory never sends Creem your browsing history, URLs, page titles, summaries, search queries, embeddings, or indexes.

05

Retention and your choices

Paid-order and activation records are retained for purchase recovery, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. If you want to ask what purchase information is associated with you, request correction, or request deletion where applicable, contact the address below. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution duties.

You can block analytics requests through browser privacy controls or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Clearing browser cookies removes locally stored analytics identifiers.

Inside the extension, you can remove individual records or selected results, export or import a local CSV, or delete all Seekmory data and stop future archiving until you choose to resume it.

06

Security, children, and changes

Seekmory uses safeguards intended to protect purchase and licensing records, including restricted request sizes, signed payment webhooks, server-side price checks, rate limits, and security-focused response headers. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Seekmory is a general-purpose browser utility and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted purchase information without appropriate permission, contact us.

This policy may change when the product, law, or service providers change. Material revisions will be published here with a new effective date. Changes do not alter the local-first boundary described above without clear notice.
