Contact support
Email j.ohnie@outlook.com with a concise description of the problem, what you expected, what happened, your Chrome version, and any non-sensitive error message you saw.
Never send passwords, full activation keys, browsing history, page content, search queries, embeddings, or exported archives.
Activation and purchase recovery
If the first-activation deadline has passed, you reinstalled Seekmory, or you are activating a new Chrome profile or device, use Recover purchase. You will need:
- the email address used at checkout; and
- the Creem Checkout ID from your receipt.
Recovery verifies the paid order with Creem and creates a new activation window. It does not revoke Pro in a Chrome profile that was already activated.
Request a refund
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase. Email support from the purchase email address and include the Creem Checkout ID. Do not include the activation key.
Approved refunds are processed through Creem and returned to the original payment method. Duplicate charges, a product that does not work as described, and remedies required by applicable law can still be reviewed after 14 days. See the full refund terms.
Technical help
Search or archive issue
Include the Seekmory version, Chrome version, operating system, the feature involved, and reproducible steps using non-sensitive example text. Describe the shape of the issue without copying real browsing records.
Activation issue
Include the visible error message and only the last four characters of the activation key if needed. Keep the complete key private.
Checkout issue
Include the currency shown, approximate time of the attempt, and any non-sensitive error message. Do not email card details. Creem handles payment-card information directly.
Privacy and data requests
Seekmory support cannot see your local browsing archive or searches. For a question about purchase information, correction, deletion request, or other privacy concern, email support from the purchase email address when possible. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
